WHY BOOK THE AROOSI EXPERIENCE TO PLAN YOUR WEDDING WHEN YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF?

We at The Aroosi Expereince are aware that clients may be thinking about this however we feel that some clients would rather someone else manages and deals with the bookings, and this is what we are here for. Some clients may have to work that much harder to pay for the wedding and may not have the time to do the research needed to make that dream wedding come to life. We are here to help make this easier for you and manage all the research and keep a track of things.
Other clients may not want the responsibility of wedding planning on their head and would rather have someone else organize their wedding, and therefore we can also help and accommodate that also.

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DO YOU MANAGE?

We specialise in Asian weddings including Muslim, Sikh and Hindu weddings. Our main focus is around the actual wedding day however we have packages which can manage the smaller pre-parties such as Mehndi, Sangeet, Mayyum, Dholki's etc which are given at a discounted price if you take one of our wedding planning packages

WHAT WILL THE EVENTS MANAGER BE DOING ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

The events manager will be at the venue before the event starts to ensure all the suppliers are there and prepared for your big day. We will be there to make sure the little details are addressed before the guest arrival happens, and doing smaller jobs like managing favours and preparing staff. We will be the source of contact for the whole wedding day and will manage the event as per the pre-agreed itinerary. We will be there after the event to ensure that the hall is left in an acceptable state before our departure.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COORDINATION PACKAGE AND THE PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE?

Our coordination package is based mainly around managing the whole event. The partial wedding planning package includes the coordination package but also has templates which we manage too including the budget planner and the guest list manager. If there is anything you would like us to book on your behalf, we will charge 10% of the supplier's invoice and add this to our own invoice so all charges are clear from the start.

ARE THERE ANY TRAVELING COSTS WHICH ARE IMPLEMENTED?

Travel costs are not included within the packages as we are covering a nationwide market. Please get in contact with us and find out how much we would charge for travel. These charges would be discussed before securing the booking to ensure we all understand where we stand.

IF I TAKE THE COORDINATION PACKAGE AND REQUIRE OTHER THINGS TO BE BOOKED, WILL I GET CHARGED?

Yes, we will apply a 10% charge for everything booked through The Aroosi Experience to cover for research and time taken to find the right supplier for your needs. We aim to build the best wedding possible using your requirements and therefore we work to keep things within the required budget and get you the best value products without cutting short on quality.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE 10% ON EVERYTHING BOOKED THROUGH THE AROOSI EXPERIENCE?

The 10% charges for everything booked is in place for all the research time done on our behalf and finalising deals with the suppliers. We work closely with the suppliers to get you the best deals possible to help fit in with the client’s budget. There are many events planners out there who will have hidden charges which are directly made by suppliers however we want to be open and honest about our charges from the start. Some events planners charge up to 20% on top of the suppliers cost however this is not mentioned to the client and the saving aspect is not mentioned, therefore trying to maximise the amount they can profit from the client.

WHAT IF THE SUPPLIER IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY SAID?

We at The Aroosi Experience are not able to take responsibility on the performance of the suppliers. When we conduct our research on suppliers, we look at credibility and reviews from previous clients. We will try and avoid working with under-performing suppliers to ensure our clients get the best experience. We do value our client’s feedback on the suppliers which we book for them and therefore will ask for some feedback on their experience.

WHAT IF I AM FINANCIALLY STRUGGLING WITH MAKING PAYMENTS TO SUPPLIERS?

This is something we will review regularly with the client if they take our full wedding planning package to ensure this is feasible. It will be to the discretion of the supplier as to when the payments for them are expected and this will be clarified with the client at the point of booking. If the client is struggling, it is important to contact The Aroosi Experience as soon as possible so we can review the current status and make amendments where needed. We at The Aroosi Experience are not able to be held accountable for any payment issues between the client and the supplier.

WHAT IF THE WEDDING IS POSTPONED OR CANCELLED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the deposit which is paid however if the date is postponed to a date which we have available, we will try our best to accommodate for the new date. Please let us know with as much notice as possible if this is the case so we can reschedule and inform suppliers if required. We are aware with the pandemic of COVID-19 in 2020, many clients have had to reschedule their wedding events however we are trying our best to ensure that all bookings are addressed. Please note that following the pandemic, there will be an influx in wedding bookings and therefore we recommend that our clients are prepared for their wedding plans as the lock-down restrictions are relaxed.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THE FULL WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE FOR?

Our full wedding planning charge is to take into consideration of the research and supplier meetings with the big suppliers such as venues, caters and decorators. The package includes the coordination package, guest list manager and the budget planner which we also manage. If these big suppliers are already booked, then we recommend that you may benefit from the partial wedding planning package. Please ring us and discuss the possible options which would be best for you.

WHEN WOULD WE BE EXPECTED TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO THE AROOSI EXPERIENCE?

A deposit is required to confirm the booking, without a deposit we will not be able to confirm the wedding booking and therefore risk the chance of losing the booking. The deposit will be 60% of the overall package. We expect payment for the packages to be complete 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. Those charges made for suppliers can be made at the same time as booking the suppliers or up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding event. Late payments towards The Aroosi Experience may incur a charge – please speak to us if there are any concerns if this may be the case.
